Tajine or tagine from Morocco is a clay pot with a lid that embodies a cooking pot technique that is thousands of years old. The “ Beldi ” tagine is hand-made from natural clay and fired without additives or glaze . The “Beldi” tagine is suitable for any type of stove, oven and charcoal grill. An adapter plate is required for induction. An ideal casserole for many dishes, cooks very gently, the flavors added and those created during stewing are retained.
